“Searching for Gold” with Sustainable Human Resources Management and Internal Communication: Evaluating the Mediating Role of Employer Attractiveness for Explaining Turnover Intention and Performance

Objective: The main objective of this study is to evaluate the impact sustainable human resources management (SHRM) and internal communication (IC) on turnover intention (TI) employee performance (PER) while assessing mediating role organizational attractiveness (AT) over these relationships. In sense, intends effect SHRM IC PER TI, with AT acting as mediator in a joint model analysis. Methodology: To achieve aforementioned purposes, cross-sectional quantitative was prepared using Structural Equation Model (SEM). total, 177 individuals participated study. Regarding gender, 62.4% were female. Participants came from all districts Portugal aged 21 years old 55 old. Results: results show that both are significantly correlated AT, PER, TI. Additionally, has total mediation relationship between SHRM, TI also IC, Practical implications: These seem support need for organizations invest combined strategies practices aim intertwine towards benefit worker.
